For damaged products or an incorrect order you must contact us within 5 days, we may either issue a refund or send out a replacement at no cost to you, at our discretion. If there is damage, you may be asked to provide photos. Please note that if the order was damaged in transit we will only be responsible for a refund if the actual edible product was damaged. Refunds will not be issued for packaging that was damaged without any impact to the actual product itself.

Please contact us at support@cocktailbro.com within 5 days of receiving your order if you're not satisfied with your purchase or an item is damaged or incorrect.

If you request a refund, it can take 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. It will be refunded to your original payment method.
