We started this site because we got frustrated with having to buy craft cocktail mixers individually from each brands website. Our vision is to carry the best craft cocktail mixers and chocolate in one store! We want our customers to have the best at-home experience possible.
Cocktailbro is located in Northern California but our inventory ships from Austin, TX.

Where are the cocktail brands on Cocktailbro crafted?
All of our craft cocktail brands are made in the U.S. Our chocolate is generally from the US or Europe. Each product is made with natural flavors, quality ingredients and no fake sweeteners.

Our vision at Cocktailbro is for you to have the best experience ever. If you’re not totally satisfied with any product for any reason, we'll do what it takes to make things right by offering a refund on that product (one unit only per product).
Do you accept credit card/debit card payments? Can I use PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay to make a payment?
Yes and Yes. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Is my credit or debit card payment secure?
Yes, we use Shop Pay by Shopify to process your payment which means everything is encrypted and it is trusted by millions of businesses and customers worldwide. Shop Pay also remembers your details for easier checkout next time.
Where are the nutrition facts and ingredients for each of your products?

Are your syrups, mixers and shrubs organic?
While many of the cocktail brands we carry are organic, not all are certified organic. However, offering top-quality craft cocktail brands is a core part of the Cocktailbro.com experience so you can always expect natural flavors, quality ingredients and no fake sweeteners in every product we carry.
Do your mixer products contain alcohol?
No, our craft cocktail mixer, syrup and shrub products are non-alcoholic. Bitters do contain a small amount of alcohol but are actually considered a 'food product'.
Should I refrigerate my mixer after opening?
Highly recommended. Be sure to keep the cap on when not in use, and store it in the fridge. After opening, most mixers should be consumed within 2-4 weeks.
Why did one of my mixers or syrups separate?
Separation is a natural occurrence that often results from using real ingredients due to their different densities. Simply give the bottle a quick shake before use.
What are your shipping options?
We offer Free Standard Ground on all orders over $30 or flat-rate Standard Ground for $9.95 on orders under $30 (within the contiguous U.S.). You can also choose expedited shipping during check out.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive an email and/or SMS updates with the latest tracking information for your order.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on the type of shipping level you choose, you can expect your order with 2-7 days, once shipped. In most cases, orders will ship within one business day.
NOTE: COVID-19 and Holidays can impact shipping lead time consistency so please check your tracking information for the most up-to-date status.
Where do your orders ship from?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Austin, TX.
Why does my tracking information say my package was already delivered?
Due to the sheer volume of orders that UPS handles every year, sometimes UPS tracking numbers are “recycled” and will initially show a delivery date from a previous order. However, once the package starts movement, the tracking should update with the accurate information. You can click “view details’ to see the latest information on your package. We’re sorry for any confusion!
What is the Cocktailbro.com return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases where your product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Contact us at email@example.com to let us know if your product is damaged. We may ask you to send pictures. You can choose to receive a replacement order or to be issued a refund.
